The M2 Flexi-Tip provides definitive positioning and postural management for those who are unable to maintain their body posture and require extra support when showering or toileting. The Flexi-Tip has battery-operated tilt-in-space as well as the added advantage of battery-operated back angle recline to achieve a secure, fully tilted position for the user.

Unique to the M2 Flexi-Tip is the positional "locking-box" that enables the tilt or back angle position to be limited to a specific angle for an individual user to avoid over-tilting and unintentional changing of position. The simple hand control unit facilitates independent adjustment of the back angle and the tilt-in-space.

Tilt-in-space enables the occupant to be tilted forwards or backwards in a chair whilst maintaining the position of the knees and hips to achieve optimal support for showering and toileting. The back angle recline enables the user to extend backwards to achieve a more comfortable and suitable position for personal care activities such as hair washing.

Tilting the body has the effect of distributing weight over a larger contact surface providing a simple way to combat the build up of pressure as well as preventing the occupant slumping and sliding into an uncomfortable position.
