David One (Giles) – Technical Director

Dave is responsible for the day-to-day sales support with all customers requiring assessments and site visits; he also works on business development. Dave is an excellent person for this role having achieved runner-up in ‘Employee of the Year’ at the North East Business Portfolio Awards 2007. Dave has a very good working relationship with David Lynch. Within this industry occupational therapists and other healthcare professions require joint home assessments where products will be taken to out to undertake an assessment with the service user. The therapists look for people they know and trust for this role. Dave is also able to assist with the project management of any type of service or installation contract due to his engineering background.

David Two (Lynch) – Managing Director

After starting as a sales rep for Hunters Mobility in 1999 David then joined North Eastern Care in 2003 as Managing Director with the task of starting a business from scratch. David helped to land large contracts for the supply, installation and maintenance of ceiling track hoists with Durham and Darlington Councils, here he built an excellent working relationship with local Healthcare professionals providing Moving & Handling and Bathing product assessments whilst quickly learning the fundamentals in running a small business. David then created Lynch Healthcare in April 2009 with the vision of becoming the leading company in this field. David is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of the company. David ensures the company stays focused on the objectives, creating and monitoring the sales and marketing plans. David has vast experience in Council and NHS contracts and tendering which will help the company move forward in this area. David is responsible for the setting up and running of the administrative side of the business due to his experience and instills company values and ethos around customer service as he is well known for this. David is responsible for all management accounts, liaising with the company accountants, monitoring on a daily basis, sales orders received, and financial aspects of the business. David will also be available to assist with any type of assessment visits should David One be engaged or unavailable.
